I am having a message "cannot print visit hpinstandtink.com for information.

I did this but did not find anything to help with the problem. I think my card was cancelled due to fraud and this stopped my payments, i need to figure this out so I can use my printer.

Hi @WTCawley,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

If you are enrolled in the instant ink program and having issues with payment/card related, to get this sorted, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
