I never received the magenta cartridge, yet my printer showed empty magenta cartridge and would not print. 

I bought and installed a regular magenta cartridge. 

Now, all getting is black, yellow and cyan in the shipments. You are holding me up! You sent me an automatic shipment. You told me that the regular one won't work. But you keep leaving out what I need! AFTER your network told me magenta was empty. 

Please fix this.
