I pay monthly so that ink will be delivered when it is running low

money is withdrawn monthly from my checking account so that when ink runs low I will be sent necessary cartridges. It barely prints light black now and no color whatsoever.   I realize that you no longer produce this model but it still works for me.  Considering the fact that ink has not been sent if this cannot be corrected a refund is immediately due!!
