I purchased a HP Officejet pro 8035e printer with a 12 month free ink but can’t get my free ink

HP OFFICEJET PRO 8035e

I purchased a HP Officejet pro 8035 with a 12 month free instant ink trial.  However after going through the steps on 123.hp.com to set up the printer I could not find an option to activate 12 month trial.  I then tried on instantink.hpconnected.com but again no luck.

 

How do I activate my free 12 month trial and how many pages will I get with it.  Thanks

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
