HP Envy Pro 6455
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just set up the HP Envy Pro 6455 on my home network just to get it set up...I plan on installing this printer at

a different location/network. I want to be able to pay for the instant ink program and add this printer's use to my current program. Is that possible or should/do I create a second account under this person's name, with the billing going to me? Thank you for any suggestions as to the best/preferred method to use.

@oregal, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Yes, you can add the printer to your account with your billing information and just change the shipping address as the printer will be located elsewhere.

Or, you also have an option to create a new account by which the person using the printer will have access to the account.

Refer to the documents for help-

HP Printers - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

HP Instant Ink - Replacing or Adding Printers to Your Account

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
