I received a confirmation that my order H334105555 for HP ink was delivered yesterday but it was not

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Where is my ink cartridge? It has not been delivered but HP sent me a confirmation of delivery on 4/15/2020. [edit]
