I started with the Unlimited pages plan.  Without notice they discontinuedthta plan and moved you to a 700 page per month plan. Have been unhappy since. After hours oin phone, thye simply said "we can change plans at anytime without notice." Really? Now paying for 300 copy plan until I decide what to do. Not the HP I signed up with. They used Unlimitedot get you into the system nd now make it almost impossible ot get out. BAIT AND SWITCH IN ANY OTHER INDUSTRY WOULD HAVE REGUALTORS CASUE A MAJOR REPAY TO CUSTOMERS,
