Hi, I have been enrolled in HP Instant Ink for a couple of months. Until a couple of days ago things were great. Now my printer is skipping during printing and I have had to use about 10-15 pages of my plan to test, reprint, etc. I have done all the recommended tests and nothing helped. I took out the black cartridge and it has gooky ink all over the bottom. The color cartridge is clean on the bottom. Has anyone else ever had this problem?
