I thought the ink was monitored by HP..I,ve run out !

Really annoyed. I have been paying £1.99 for possibly 2 years now and think I have had one ink cartridge delivery..  !! My colour ink is showing as empty and black not far behind..i thought the whole idea was it was monitored !!

Then when I try to speak to HP all I get is a bloomin virtual assistant who isn't a human..who tells me I can speak to HP but on a premium rate number !! Not a happy chappy

  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".
