Hi @SAC76,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you've recently canceled the HP Instant Ink program and are experiencing issues printing, there could be a few reasons behind it.

Here's what you can do to troubleshoot the problem:

  • Check Ink Levels: Make sure that your printer has enough ink to print. If your ink levels are low or depleted, you may need to replace the cartridges with new ones.
  • Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues or errors. Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Verify Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If you're using a wireless connection, check that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and that there are no connectivity issues.
  • Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. You can usually download the latest drivers from the HP website.
  • Remove and Re-Add Printer: Sometimes, removing the printer from your computer's list of devices and then re-adding it can resolve issues. Go to your computer's settings, find the list of printers, remove your HP ENVY printer, and then add it again.
  • Reset Printer Settings: You can try resetting your printer to its default settings. This can often resolve various issues related to configurations. Refer to your printer's manual or HP's support website for instructions on how to reset your specific model.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
