My HP Deskjet 2720 stopped communicating with HP at 23:32 on 20th February. You have tried twice to fix it by remotely logging onto my desktop computer and you even tried my laptop computer and nothing would persuade web services to restart . Nothing you have tried has worked. I paid for a Desktop Services engineer to come in and check my PC and router, He could not get it to work and could not find a fault with the printer or router. He did find several reported problems on BT HUB2 Forum where there is a "known" problem with HP Instant Ink and BT Hub2. I am fed up with it. The printer is still working and I am still using the same cartridge since February, almost empty now. BUT I have paid you £9.99 from March until August. £59.94 and not received any cartridges. 1) Your software doesn't work. 2) You are charging me money for ink when I dont need it. I want my money back.
