HP ENVY 4502 e-All-in-One Printer

I have two printers: Envy 4200 and Officejet Pro 8210. I was billed $198. No one from HP can explain why. I need this corrected.

Could you please elaborate on the issue

I was charged $198, no supporting documentation was supplied. I do use instant ink. One printer is 5.99 monthly rate and the other I just raised to the 11.99 plan.

When I called HR, the person said it must have been accumulated unbilled charges from the past?????
