I was charged twice after signing up for free instant ink for 6 months.

I understand you have concerns related to the Instant Ink billing. Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have the bill details. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

To assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
