Since HP does not give the means to send an email to the billing department or customer service, I have decided to just vent my concerns via the community. I have been getting emails from HP's billing dept stating that my account was about to be suspended because I needed to update my billing information. I thought that was odd since I changed my account to the free plan of 15 pages per month about a month or two ago, and my printer hasn't even worked in almost that long so I was confused as to why it was so important that I update billing on my free instant ink account. Well, sure enough when I updated my billing information HP debited my account for 3.50 for my "free account" that according to HP's own records shows I haven't printed a single thing the entire month. Now I know why I was offered the "free" plan when I canceled my account last month, so they can continue to pull shady crap like this and basically steal money right out of my account.
