I was sent the wrong ink cartridges

I enrolled in the instant ink cartridges program. They sent me two cartridges that are longer than my original cartridges. My printer said I have installed the wrong cartridge's and they printer will not print anything. I'm trying to contact instant ink about this but I'm not able to reach anyone
