My HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer will not recognize my new ink cartridges
I have replaced both #95 and #98
I called support and they want to sell me a new printer. This printer has had minimal use and worked fine until I needed more ink. Now I have spent $150.00 on new ink and looks like I am stuck with it. As the packages have been opened, there is no return allowed
Not so happy with HP and the moment.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
