HP Deskjet 2755
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been using HP Instant ink for over a year now. Last month I replaced my HP Officejet Pro 6978 printer with an HP Deskjet 2755 printer. The replacement took place on 19th August. I've been using the printer and ran out of ink in a couple of weeks. usually with my other printer, the ink would arrive before the printer had run out of it but with this printer, I still haven't received anything. On my account, it says that I should have the delivered ink but when I check the tracker number the status says "The sender has created a shipping label. When we process the item, we’ll update its status and expected delivery date. Track this item later for updates or sign up for email notifications"

I'm not sure what to do, can someone please help
