Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Are you using regular HP ink cartridges in the printer?

Make sure you are not using any HP Instant ink cartridges if the printer is not enrolled in Instant Ink anymore.

 

Restart the wireless router and the printer.

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
