OK SO basically I am in the middle of a college final and try to print it out...I hear a ding and bam it says there is a problem with account. I still have 2 months worth of the free insta ink so why is it asking me for money??? Do we MUST have insta ink?

Generally, the free trial period might be interrupted with a request for payment when the number of pages allowed (in the plan)-- has been exceeded by the actual number of pages printed.
Perhaps the message "problem with account" is related to the printer not being able to connect to the Internet using Web Services.
Regardless, these are the sort of questions that Instant Ink Support can answer.
