Ok here we go.. obviously at first instant ink sounded amazing… and it clearly isn’t. I then cancelled instant ink altogether because it wouldn’t let me downgrade a package. I have tried to since re-enroll on a lower plan but it says I’m already enrolled but I can’t use my instant ink cartridges because it says I need to enroll and even though I’m connected to the internet it says it cannot find my printer half the time too. I’m this () close to taking the thing into the garden and introducing it to a bat!!!!!!!

Hi @AtMyWitsEnd4311,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!

Since you canceled your account before, you have to re-enroll to an instant ink account. Once you re-enroll, the old instant ink cartridge may not work as you may need a new set of cartridges.

In this scenario, I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Yes" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping
