Hi there. Recently I decided to avail of the excellent Instant Ink service. As I understand the printer should remain online to monitor ink levels. I was wondering would I be able to turn off my printer for most of the day and overnight if I turn on the printer once a day to refresh status in the morning. Thanks in advance

Hello,

Yes, your printer can be turned off when you are not using it, but it must be turned on and connected to the wireless network at least once a day for the HP Instant Ink service to update the status of the ink cartridges and the printer.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.

Best regards,
