In Oct 2021Address Update during HP instant ink sign up still showing “Server Error. Try again soon”  

I have seen post in 2020 about this issue and no public response from HP on how to solve this. 

can anyone help. 

note, I’m printing from my iOS phone bia WiFi. I CAN PRINT. But I need to setup ink delivery and billing for ink supplies.

To assist better -

1. Is ther printer connected to home or public network?
2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
3. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?

1. Is ther printer connected to home or public network? Home WiFi 
2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking? Steady Blue. I can print OK. I have no issues with printing. I am simply trying to sign up for ink deliveries and billing. Web service on the printer works fine and I can print a web service page with my Printer email on same page. I also have the latest firmware running on the printer. 
3. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band? WiFi is set at 5GHz.

HP OfficeJet 3830 only supports 802.11 b/g/n – 2.4-GHz networks only.

You may refer to the printer specifications

Please try and connect the printer to a 2.4GHz network and then enroll in instant ink service.
