 I have this HP ink advantage printer which I was used for some time then after buying a new cartridge 652, it stated that the cartridge is incompatible yet it is the same number indicated. What can I do?

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer cartridges.

 

Kindly refer to the steps from this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.

It hasn't worked yet. Is there another cartridge apart from 652 that I can use for the printer?
