Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Two days ago I got a "cartridge problem" error for my black cartridge. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps as shown on the support website for this error with no resolution (cleaned contacts on cartridge & printer, pulled power cord to reset printer, reseated cartrided). I would like to request a new black cartridge as I don't have one on hand. I can't get through to live chat or phone support.

I also believe that there is a problem with the black cartridge. To get a new cartridge, please contact HP Support. You'll find the phone number on this hyperlink:

The indicated cartridges are not intended for this printer.I just printed with this ink a few days ago.Please help
