My Envy 4527 has worked perfectly for a couple of years. All of a sudden I get 'Incompatible Cartridges ' up on the screen and I can't do anything with it .
All my cartridges are the ones supplied by Hp.
I've updated the firmware as suggested.
Still nothing .
Please help .
