My tricolor ink cartridge was changed about a month or so ago. I recently changed the black cartridge and now the tricolor is saying it is incompatible. These come directly from Instant Ink. The number is correct. I have uninstalled & installed the cartridges. I have made sure the drivers are up-to-date. I have followed the directions for cleaning the cartridge. I have reset the printer by unplugging it while it is turned on and then plugged it back in. None of it works. I am fed up with the virtual agent. I need a freaking human being that can help me but apparently I can't find where to do that.
This is the most frustrating issue!!
