The last ink I received is longer than the previous I have been using. Now when I install it an error message comes up saying The indicated cartridge not intended for use in this printer. It’s the black cartridge

I'd like to help!

 

Lately, I got the same issue with some of my customers wherein they received a different cartridge (larger ) than the previous but once installed it works.

However, please follow the steps from this document here and see how it goes.
