Product: hp deskjet ink advantage 3835
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I bought an Hp 680, since it is the only available compatible ink in our region, but it shows incompatible cartridges on my hp deskject ink advantage 3835.

What country are you from?

 

May you moved with the printer from another country?

 

What cartridge number is listed on the label when opening the cartridge access door?
