HP Envy 5000 All in one printer

I am having issues with 2 colour cartridges provided by Instant ink.   I get an error message on the printer which says that the cartridge is incompatible.

I have done everything suggested and I cannot get it to work.  I have tried using the virtual assistant and I just keep going round and round in circles.   

 

Can anyone help please?  Thank you.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.

Thank you but I've done all this.  The virtual assistant is worse than useless.  I've been going round in circles all day and getting nowhere fast.   In the end I compared the cartridges side by side and realised that they've sent the wrong cartridges.  I need 304 and they've sent 302 for the last 2 shipments.  Since the cartridges look identical apart from the number, I didn't notice this immediately.

 

I am more than a little frustrated that the virtual assistant was absolutely useless.  Perhaps a shipment of wrong cartridges should be one of the options in the future.   I've wasted a whole day trying to sort this out and it's not my issue it's Instant Ink's issue.   I've going to have to telephone the support line tomorrow to try to get it resolved.  In the meantime, I'm without ink!
