No matter what I do this printer will not stay connected and when it does connect it will not print giving a incompatible ink error. The only ink i have is from HP instant Ink
When i bought the printer I singed up for instant ink and for a first month they sent ink Now it shows the printer is not signed up for instant ink and shows that the cartridge is not correct. I have been online with tech support several times and each time they have failed to fix the problem. last time they sent new ink which worked for a day then the ink error message returned. This is the worst Printer i have ever owned and so far HP support has failed to fix the problem
This is a brand new printer under warrantee and it is unusable at this time Any help fixing this would be appreciated
