I’ve been being charged for the 50 page a month plan and haven’t received ink cartridge replacements in almost a year. I know I have exceeded 50 pages in several of those months but when I look at my print history, it says nothing was printed. I just checked my account to see what was going on since school is about to start back up again, and it says all of my ink cartridge levels are good and only one of them needs to be replaced but my printer is saying that all my ink low every time I print. I just made a request for inc to be shipped; however, it doesn’t fix the problem. And yes, my printer is connected to the Internet. If my account says it is synced, then why isn’t counting my printed pages and low cartridges?
