Incorrect warranty start date

HP Recommended
HP Ink Tank WL 419 AIO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased HP Ink Tank WL 419 AIO printer on June 06, 2020 and it is showing warranty start date as February 18, 2020 which is not correct. Why is this happening when the purchase date is current and warranty start date is back dated.. Shouldn't HP consider warranty start date as purchase date based on the billing details... This is utterly nonsense thing for which one needs to write and follow up HP to sort out the issue which is totally HP's fault....

I understand your concern. If you have a receipt or proof of purchase, then not to worry, we will rectify the issue.

The warranty starts from the day when the product was bought. Kindly reply to my message in private with the proof of purchase to assist you better.
