I have an instant ink account but don't current have spare cartridges.
My printer has started displaying a message "indicated cartridge are not communicating correctly with the printer. If problem persists install a new cartridge". This is after the cartridges have been working fine for many weeks. I think it is the colour cartridge indicated by three dots in a triangle,
How do I get a new cartridge through instant ink?
