HP envy Photo 6230 Series 2 . A few days after replacing the (HP sent) Black cartridge reg 64/303/804 for my expired 64/303 it stopped printing a colour print. I have received the message "indicated cartridges not communicating with computer" . This persists despite me re-setting the cartridges and swapping the old one back etc. Help! Only other change recently was internet speed being increased by Verizon but this did not worry my computers. Any help available welcomed!

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program? If yes, I need more information to help you out.
