Hello.

I purchased a HP Deskjet 2652 printer recently from Goodwill.  The information icon light keeps flashing and the printer will only print the Printer Information Page.  In addition, I am using a black non-instant ink cartridge. I am not interested in signing up for HP's Instant Ink cartridge program.  Can I still use this printer or did I just waste my money?

I'd like to help!

 

If the information light is blinking in white and the Wi-Fi Direct icon on the display is blinking fast at the same time, press the Information button to confirm a direct connection.

 

Help me with the below details-

  1. How is the printer connected to your device Wifi or USB?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  4. Are you able to make copies using the printer ?
