I've just changed the black cartridge in my 7830 model printer. I've got an error message saying 'Remove and re-install the indicated cartridge, make sure it is correctly installed'.
I've switched off and on, cleaned the heads, taken out the cartridge and back in again, the lid is hut properly and my printer is up to date with updates. Please, can anyone advise?? I keep going round in circles with the online help stuff. Thanks!
