For the last week or more I keep getting the error to remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear replace the indicated ink cartridge.
I am an HP Instant Ink customer. How can I request new ink cartridges?

I have tried numerous attempts to remove and reinstall the cartridges, cleaned the cartridges per the directions, shut down and clean starts. Nothing has worked. I need to try new cartridges, but I belong to Instant Ink, so I'm trying to find out how I can get new ones sent to me.
