Hello,

Last month I cancelled my instant Ink subscription as I have had the printer for roughly a year and after receiving 2 ink cartridges at the start i signed up for the 100 page a month. So anyway I printed no where near that amount over the next 11 months and when I really needed it the black ink was not working i did all the cleaning and aligning etc but nothing so I asked for a new cartidge and was told it would be 10 days, So I cancelled the subscription and brought 2 new cartridges a few weeks later.

Today I put them in and the printer will not work as message states (Only one set of instant ink ready cartridges can be used in a printer. Remove and replace with other cartridges.

So really both times i go to use the printer it will not work WHY!!!!!!

 

I have restored the factory settings can I return the printer and new cartridges I have brought?

Could you share an image of the cartridges you are using?
