I have had this printer with no issues and I was subscribed to the instant ink program for over a year and only needed to replace the ink once so i cancelled the subscription. I changed the ink and it was fine until my tri colour cartridge ran out and displayed the issue with cartridge message. I have bought a new tri colour cartridge and made sure it was fitted correctly and this message still comes up despite changing the ink. I have tried plugging the printer directly into the wall and it still comes up with the same message. Any help will be appreciated.
