I bought a new printer recently. As part of the package I received a 2-year Warranty and ink for 6 months.
I have unopened ink cartridges the agent told me I could return and add 3 additional months of ink for my new printer.
Good luck on returning unopened, unused ink cartridges. I sent all the ink cartridge info in and next I received a letter that asked for ink cartridge warranty. I sent all the info on the packaging to them originally. And now they want a warranty on ink cartridges.
Does anyone who has possibly been through this know where I can find that info?
