Hi, my HP Envy 6234 is asking me to "remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge (black one), making sure it is correctly installed. I have done this many times, I have also followed HP support Doctor instructions on cleaning cartridge etc. The ink staturs shows plenty of available ink. Nothing is fixing the problem and I cannot printit. The virtual agent is useless. I almost certainly have a problem with the cartridge, can you send me a new one please.

I have a office jet 5252 and I have replaced the black ink 2 times and it still has an error message
