The color ink cartridge has started giving errors. It worked fine the first few days. I have followed all of the steps on the virtual help.

I had an empty color cartridge that had not been mailed for recycling yet. It registers and the printer works when that is installed, so it is not a printer issue. It is the cartridge.

How can I get a replacement cartridge?

Hi, I also have the same problem. It says the new cartridge I had sent isnt enrolled and wont print. I am enrolled so not sure why it says this
