I have a HP Envy 5546 printer and it has started giving an error saying Ínk Cartridges Problem. It is a genuine cartridge and was sent to me by HP as part of the "instant Ink" program. It has not been in any other printer. I have taken the cartridge in and out (as advised on the help pages), turned the printer on and off, cleaned the cartridge electrical connectors but it still doesn't work. If I take the colour cartridge out and print, then it says it is ok with the black & white colour which suggests me that the issue is with the colour cartridge, but when I try to print it says user intervention is needed. But there seems to be no way to get a replacement as investigation of the error message says "I" need to fix the problem before they send me more ink!!!!
I am on Windows10 home Version 1903 / OS build 18362.593
I am beyond frustrated - can anyone help? Thank you
