Ink Cartridge isn't recognized

HP Deskjet 1510
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The ink symbol is flashing red on and off and I can't even print. When I try to print it just doesn't do anything. The ink cartridge is new and compatible so  I don't know what to do.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the ink cartridge light is flashing, and you are unable to print.
