I’m having some printing issues regarding my in cartridge. It’s saying that please replace the cartridges but in the meantime the ink is full based on the data. Not sure what to do since there’s no telephone support. I can’t re-order any in cartridges because it saying it’s full so it’s not gonna be automatically shipped as before. Is it a software update issue?Not sure how to do that. Any support/suggestions are welcomed.
