after installing a new black ink cartridge I have a message on screen telling me there is a problem, I have tried the virtual assistant and cleaned the cartridge as directed but still nothing. Looking at the past comments there have been many people who have had this issue and then get a response direct from HP, is this still the case as I cant seem to find a solution anywhere else, and has it helped to resolve the error message? Thx
