I just bought a brand new ink cartridge from Walmart. It says it is compatible with my printer but it won't work. I have the HP Envy 5664 and bought the HP 62XL Black ink. Every time I put it in it says used, refilled, or counterfeit cartridge. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? I have already thrown the receipt and package away because I was not expecting it to not work and we were doing a school project. I could not find any way to speak with HP directly to get help so I hope someone else can help me out on here. Thanks so much!
