Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a regular ink cartridge, but the printer thinks it's an instant ink. I cannot print now because it says I need to enroll in HP Instant Ink.

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • Was the printer enrolled to Instant Ink earlier?
  • Could you share the picture of the cartridges to further isolate the issue?
