I have recently got a message that I have got an "Ink Cartridges Error" and that I will not receive any new cartridges until the error is resolved. The Problem is with the Black Ink Cartridge.
I have cleaned all of the contacts as suggested in an official HP video, replaced the colour cartridge with an HP Instant Ink cartridge that I had received yet I still have the same problem, and it will not align the new cartridge while this error is there.
I put the old colour cartridge and reinstalled the black again which has the problem, the error is still there.
