I have the same problem as others. I am getting 'Ink Cartridges Problem, Remove and reinstall indicated ink cartridge'. I have followed all the steps about cleaning the cartridges, turning printer off and on, etc. Nothing worked. Online help chat and live help are both closed. Another cartridge may fix the problem, but as an Instant Ink customer, I don't believe I should be required to go out and purchase a cartridge, since I am paying HP monthly. Any help from HP employee? Thanks.
